Where can I configure project financials Overview area/tab?

Hello sorry fairly new with PPM

1. Where can I change the view from FY or is this only view?

2. Where can I change the level of the financial data displayed in this view? I dont see a settings icon here?

What do you mean by "level of the financial data"?

Hi Mary, a servicenow admin can configure the level at which the financials overview data is displayed for the fiscal year in the Project related properties page by navigating to Project Administration > Settings > Preferences - Project. If no value is specified, by default, the financials are displayed at the quarterly breakdown
