Hi,
There are two ACL's for each of the fields "Actual Start Date" and Actual End Date. Below are the links for the ACL due to which both the fields are becoming Read Only. In order to make it editable you need to turn off both the ACL or provide required conditions to whom it should be editable to:
1) For Actual Start Date
Replace "instance" with your instance Name and you are good to go for testing the same.
Result:
Similarly you can do for "Actual End Date" field by modifying the below two ACL links:

Hi Shloke,
Thanks for the post! I was trying to figure out why I couldn't configure my Form Layout to display work_start and work_end and I ready you post mentioning 'Actual Start' and 'Actual End' which then pointed me in the right direction.
Cheers,
Ben

Hi Teena
If I feel two answers are correct, how do I mark both of them? Thanks!
