Hello Community,
On September 13th, 2025, I successfully passed my Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam. It was an exciting and intensive journey, and I’m happy to share this milestone here with fellow ServiceNow professionals.
I’d love to hear from you — what paths did you take after CSA? Which certifications or learning tracks did you find most valuable next?
Let’s connect and exchange experiences on LinkedIn as well: https://www.linkedin.com/in/veranikad/
Looking forward to your advice and insights!

Congratulations for your CSA certification !
As next steps, you can go through scripting and development concepts as it would help you with any ServiceNow modules that you would be working in future,
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/learn/learning-plans/zurich
Make use of your PDI to full extent to practice what you learn as hands-on would be the most essential part of your learning phase
Register with ServiceNow University and go through course contents.

Developer learning plans are easier to understand the modules compared to official documentation and would recommend to start learning in phases, start with New to ServiceNow and later ServiceNow Administration followed by ServiceNow Application Developer,
https://developer.servicenow.com/
I would recommend to through Application Development Fundamentals on-demand course and get certified in CAD. After that, you can pursue further learning and certifications based on your expertise, background and area of interest. If you have good knowledge on Networking, Discovery and Service Mapping could be best fit. If you have expertise in License Management, Software Asset Management could interest you.
