Is there an OOTB way to add SLA into the resource plan?
If so how can I do that?
Is there any field or related list to use like we see in the ITSM module?
Tks in advance!

Hi @Community Alums
I’ve never heard of this before. SLAs mainly work on task-based tables. I don’t have the Project module in my PDI, so I can’t confirm. However, you can try creating an SLA on the Resource Plan table and check if the table appears or not.

Unfortunately, out-of-the-box (OOTB) in ServiceNow, the Resource Management module (and its Resource Plan records) does not have native SLA (Service Level Agreement) tracking the same way ITSM modules like Incident or Request do.
