Add the "Employee Relations" COE in the transfer case dropdown choice list HR agent Workspace

We would like to add  the "Employee Relations" COE in the transfer case dropdown choice list in Agent Workspace. How can we accomplish this?

did you check the form action in workspace is bringing the choices from where i.e. backend config etc?
