and when you impersonate for a different user in the same approval group, what do you see?

@Thato Masingi then check the approval logics, as most of the approvals are approved/rejected and it requires just one approver of many (e.g. one of a group) but in this case it might be configured that it requires more approvals.
So, check any of the 30 approvals in the portal, check it in the sysapproval_approver table to see what's the state - is it approved, no longer required or requested, ... that could bring some more light, please tell me what you found

Hi @GlideFather,
I discovered that there is a mismatch of approvals numbers between back-end and service portal. In the back-end 50 outstanding approvals (which is correct) and In the service portal you see 30 only
