Hello, I am trying to complete this task and am receiving an error. I have watched several videos and tried different things but the error persists. Can you please help me to validate this task? I have attached screenshots to show my settings.

Yes, this is valid. I removed the leading spaces for the values of Description and Short Description that I copied from the instructions. I removed them and updated the incident instead of creating another incident.

Copy pasting the words from the task was what was causing the error. Thanks for this. After more than an hours I was able to clear the error.
