Hello! I believe at the bottom of the instance before you submit or post it, you’re supposed to comment under the work section. It has what you’re supposed to comment under the incident details.

I remember this! You have to create the incident and then to add comment, two steps not one and you are good to continue 😉 

Steps:

• create incident with all the details without additional comments.
• Save it.
• Add comment and save it again.
• Done.
