Hi @PrashantP536658 ,

 

In your screenshot you have added work note and comment both. Delete this incident and try it again and add only Additional Comments, not Work Notes. Then validate and see it will work as it is working fien for me.

@PrashantP536658 my guess is the incorrect Category... Subcategory "Email" shall be under another Category "Network" or "Software".

 

The "Inquiry/Help" is too general.
