Hi @PrashantP536658 ,

 

In your screenshot you have added work note and comment both. Delete this incident and try it again and add only Additional Comments, not Work Notes. Then validate and see it will work as it is working fien for me.

Hi @PrashantP536658 

I found this, cancel the incident you created that you added a work notes and comment both, create a new incident again with same information filled and before submit there is a Comment tab on bottom update the comment and submit - Now you can validate the task and I'm sure it will be successful this time.

Cancel the Incident and create a new Incident and fill the same information (Don't copy Incident) before submit to create a incident add comments on comments section in bottom and then submit (Don't add in work notes). This will resolve the validation and successful.

Make sure you have created incident for Adela, not system administrator. if caller field was system administrator then delete the incident and create again with caller Adela
