Hi @PrashantP536658 ,
In your screenshot you have added work note and comment both. Delete this incident and try it again and add only Additional Comments, not Work Notes. Then validate and see it will work as it is working fien for me.

Cancel the Incident and create a new Incident and fill the same information (Don't copy Incident) before submit to create a incident add comments on comments section in bottom and then submit (Don't add in work notes). This will resolve the validation and successful.

Make sure you have created incident for Adela, not system administrator. if caller field was system administrator then delete the incident and create again with caller Adela

I am having this same issue. It does not allow the option to delete the incident at all.
