Hi @PrashantP536658 ,

 

In your screenshot you have added work note and comment both. Delete this incident and try it again and add only Additional Comments, not Work Notes. Then validate and see it will work as it is working fien for me.

Hi, I faced the same issue. Here's what worked for me:

Initially, I tried creating a new incident, saving it, and then posting a comment but that didn’t work. After some trial and error, I found a reliable workaround:

  1. Create the incident and submit it immediately (don’t just save it).
  2. Once the incident is submitted, reopen it.
  3. Then, post the customer-visible comment.

Also, there's no need to delete any previously created incidents used for validation.

This method worked perfectly for me. Hope it helps others facing the same issue!

because you should be system administrator not impersonate to another user , try with system administrator it will work well
