Hi @PrashantP536658 ,
In your screenshot you have added work note and comment both. Delete this incident and try it again and add only Additional Comments, not Work Notes. Then validate and see it will work as it is working fien for me.

because you should be system administrator not impersonate to another user , try with system administrator it will work well

Apenas para colaborar com meus colegas Brasileiros que passarem por este mesmo problema, caso você precise deletar o registro por ter feito o comentário na criação do incidente e não após criar e salvar.
Como você trocou o usuário para um usuário comum, não conseguirá deletar o incidente, você precisa voltar para o usuário original que é Admin do sistema, navegar até o incidente e deletá-lo. Uma dica, filtre pelo Caller, só haverá um da "Adela" assim fica fácil selecionar e deletar o registro.

Hi, I faced the same issue. Please ensure in the personalize list columns, comments section is available separately instead of just work notes section. Personalize your list first and then create a new incident. It will work. Hope it is helpful.
