Assessment Simulator Task 3 – Instance Terminated and Request Lab Instance Disabled

I am working on the “Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich)” course.
While completing Assessment Simulator Task 3 – Create and Comment on a Record, my lab instance was terminated and the task shows as failed with “Did you add and post a comment?”.
Now the course shows 0 instances remaining, and the Request Lab Instance button is disabled. I also unenrolled from the course because I could not access the lab instance.
Could you please help me get access to a new lab instance or advise me on how to continue Task 3?

ahoy @baskarkomba,

can you share when did you enrol to the class? because the study labs are available only for a few days (3 or so) and to keep them longer you need to manually extend their expiry date by clicking a corresponding button in the same area where you can request it.

This seems that you enrolled to the class during the previous week, over the weekend it expired and now it's lost. If it confirms, then there's nothing to be done, it's gone forever and you need to start over.
