Hello everyone,

I started working with servicenow about 2 weeks ago.

I feel quite comfortable in the role of Associate System Administrator and wanted to ask what certifications I need to improve my skills ?

Hi @kaan93006197541 ,

This is a very objective questions which really can't be answered by others than yourself. I would recommend you to go through the different certifications from NowLearning to see what interest you, and more import, get a job where you can work with real life use cases and general administration of the platform.

Hi @kaan93006197541

Begin your journey with the Welcome to  Servicenow and Flow designer micro certification.

Following that, dive into the CSA for configuration of instance.

To delve into customization, you'll need scripting proficiency. Consider enrolling in the Scripting Fundamentals and Application Development course, which falls under CAD.
