Bulk import of IPs in table "discovery_range_item_exclude"

Can someone here help me with importing some 220 ips to "discovery_range_item_exclude" form. It's tedious to do it one after the other finding the subnet and then adding it.

There is no real easy way of doing this. However, this support article describes a way by using the import sets:

I tried that KB before initiating a discussion here. That KB is a bit tricky and I'm loosing track while following the instructions and the result is not achieved.
