Hi everyone 🙂
I would like to draw an extract of all categories/subcategories of the following tables:
Incident
Service Request
Problem
Change
Is there a way to see it in hierarchical order? E.g. in the Incident table we have a category 'Accessories' and it has a lot of subcategories (screenshot attached). I would like to draw a list of all categories with its subcategories underneath.
Regards
Thereza

Hi @Thereza Van der ,
You can go to the sys_choice.list and make a list according to your requirement e.g.:
Depedent value = category and value = subcategory
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
