Report on changes that has been open for more than 7 days

Hi

I would like to create a report that shows all changes that has been left open 7 days after implementation date/planned end date.

I used the relative operator but struggle to get it to show the correct info.

Any guidance would be appreciated, thanks.

Regards

Thereza

Hi Thereza,

Do the following conditions work for you?

If so, you can define a report with the same conditions.

Hi Thereza,

There is also "at or before", "Last 7 days" as in below

that does use week. I'm glad I helped.

Hello Thereza,

I believe using "Week" will use Sunday as boundaries, but I found:

Condition Builder - Date/Time fields

Which confirms my thinking.

Hi,

Thanks, that works perfectly. I tried the below filter in the mean time and it also works but I think yours is more on the spot. We have open changes that are older than 7 days that also shows up on my report and that is not what I want but I thought I'll leave it on there for now so people can see it every week and eventually close it so we can get more accurate stats.

Thanks!

Can you clarify something else for me please? If I use 'This week' or 'Last week', how is the week counted? Say for instance I create a report on a Wednesday and I use 'This week' which days are this week? Same for 'Last week'?
