We have a requirement: Create a bulk of incident tickets using an Excel sheet and it should be auto-resolve.

I followed the article and somehow it works.
There are fields that did not work.
Like the state, comments and work notes.
In my excel I put Resolved
In the incident, the state is New and no comments added.

By any chance in transform map is the Run business rule checkbox unchecked?
also for state resolved doesn't it asks Resolution Code & Resolution Note as Mandatory Maybe thats y it was not able to update state.
