Role required to update user schedules and group schedules

Hello Team,

 

Can you please mention what exact role  is required for a user to update or create new user schedules and group schedules in ServiceNow.

Please help .

admin, schedule_admin and schedule_manager these roles are required.

Hi @Siddhant VSK 

Any of the below 2 roles are required to create/update schedule:

 

1. schedule_admin

2. itil_admin
