Question: Is there a way to enable me to add multiple users in the manager field on the Assignment Group record?
Context: Some of the assignment groups have multiple managers, and currently, only one can see dynamic reports related to "teams that I manage."

Hi @Xavier_Wharton,
Would the sub-managers listed in the list collector field be able to view lists of incidents and tasks related to that group using the dynamic filter "groups I manage"?
Sohail : This will be a customization adding this field will not impact any functionality unless you give life to it. OOTB the manager field will act as primary manager field but to include your list collector you need to customized the solution were ever its appilcable.
Essentially our organization has managers, and then those managers have directors who may need to see the activity of the groups that their managers manage. I wanted to create a way of enabling the directors to see their direct reports (managers of assignment groups) and group work.
Sohail: You can create a managers group (were all managers are placed and making the director as managers manager). You need to create a proper hireracy of multiple group if needed.
I hope that makes sense. I recall in the past posting this question and someone stating that their was a glide property, but I can no longer locate that response.
Sohail : I have no idea of such propery existing...
If my responce proves usefull hit a like and accept the answer to clear the thread...

go to your profile
choose delegate in related lists - click new
set a name of your manager(s) separately
in your case i believe "Assignments" will be set to true
and then your manager(s) will be able to see all tickets (INC, PRB, CHM ...) in application Service Desk and module My Work

1. Go to any assignment group
2. Right click "Manager"
3. Select "Configure Dictionary"
4. Change the type from "Reference" to List"
5. Hit Save

I am not denying the solution provided by @Sohail Khilji but before you implement same, you need to set up the whole process around same, mainly governance for this. Once you create the process, many points mentioned by @Sohail Khilji clear your path to move forward.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Can you elaborate on this suggestion @Peter Bocan and provide an example from within your PDI for reference?
Thank you in advance.
