So I just turned on Next Experience in our test environment so I can mess around with it before we upgrade to Vancouver. Wanted to play around with themes and company branding, so I installed the Theme Builder application and created a theme using our company colors. I think applied the theme here:
Wasn't really feeling it and wanted to revert back to the OOB Next Experience theme for the time being. Applied "Polaris" in Theme Builder because I thought that's what the default is, and the colors/font/everything is correct, but now our company branding, including banner image and banner text, on our primary core_company record isn't applying like it was previously:
I can't edit the Polaris theme imagery, and I don't really want to, I just want to go back to being able to change the banner image/text from the "My Company"/primary core_company record.
"My Company"/primary core_company record:
(There is an image, its just white text so you cant see it)
UI16 Configuration:
How do I get back to the state I was at when I first enabled Next Experience where the general color theming is Polaris, but my sys_properties and "My Company" is actually affecting something?

For anyone else having the same issue, I figured it out. Since Polaris was applied from within Theme Builder, the logo was being overridden by this sys_property I found - glide.ui.polaris.theme_builder.override_logo:
Set this to false and now my logo is back. I suspect if I end up wanting to apply a different theme through Theme Builder and use the logo specified in my theme, I'll have to turn this back on.

Setting this property to 'false' is working for main landing page logo. But the logo image in the login page is not change. For example, I uploaded a custom logo on 'My company' and it is both on main lading page and login page visible. Then I applied a theme which overrides the logo on main landing page but it does not change the logo on log in page. Do you know how to change it, without deleting image on 'My company'?

Thank you. Was experimenting with Theme Builder in a lower environment and decided not to go with it cause the themes we made back in 2023 were still working just fine. It was a royal pain to figure out why I couldn't get rid of the ServiceNow logo until I stumbled upon your post. Got my company logo back with the previous non-Theme Builder themes.
Thanks!
