Can we have an admin Service now version

I'm doing ejercices from courses but i dont have the admin version, can we have as a laboratory test service now in order to do this ejercices? with a full service now version?

Which learning course are you currently pursuing?

If the course does not provide a lab instance, please use your Personal Developer Instance (PDI).

How to Get a Full Admin ServiceNow Instance

1. Visit the ServiceNow Developer Portal.
2. Sign in using your Now Profile account.
3. Once logged in, request a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) from your developer dashboard.
4. Your PDI provides full system administrator access, allowing you to configure forms, create roles, write scripts, and perform other administrative tasks for hands-on practice.

So, are you facing an issue with your lab instance? If yes, it’s better to log a case with Now Learning, and the team can help you.

However, if you’ve already completed the course and just need an instance for further practice, PDI is the best option. You can also install the Store apps you need on your PDI, and you’ll have admin access to manage the instance.

could you possibly share what exercises are you taking?

If you want to have an instance with admin role, then most of the lab instances (SN University - enrol to any course with practical labs, e.g. marked as LabX) have admin access or you can request a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) from Developer Portal free of charge, that comes with admin as well

A PDI gives you full admin access. And so do NowLearning lab instances.
