@JayAks Something is definitely not right with your lab instance. Ideally, the incident module should have been there. Either you do not have the right role or your lab instance has some issues. I recommend raising a Now learning case to get this issue addressed.

Hi @JayAks - When you say you're seeing a blank canvas, do you literally mean there's nothing there? Or are you able to log in?
There have been a number of cases recently of users seeing blank screens. If that's the problem, and it persists for hours/days, release the instance and get a new one.

Hi @JayAks ,
It seems like that something is wrong with you PDI if it is just a blank canvas. Basic for when you retrieving your PDI is, that it service management tables is available. I would recommend to just release your instance and request a fresh installation.

Grateful day,
I had the same issue where I was unable to see the typical modules found in our course instances. Simply go to your menu in your PDI (devleoper instance) and change "user role" to "system admin". Consequently, the typical modules/menu surfaces.
regards,
Danielle
