I was looking for best practices around working on routine tasks and using a VTB for this. These wouldnt be tasks from requests or incidents (i dont think but open to suggestions) but this would be things like say we have 50 computers that we need to manually restart, we'd want to have a "task" for each one to track the work, progress, history of it.
My goal would be my team can work on these within a VTB, but I'd also like to be able to report on these to be able to show the amount of work we do.
Other examples of what we'd use this for is things like computers with low disk space that we'd have to coordinate with user, get on machine, run scripts.
