I cannot modify the email properties despite assigning roles and granting full permissions related to 'Email' to my user account. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated. All the checkboxes are greyed out.

Hi @JJose
Make sure you are in the global application scope. You will not be able to edit anything here if you are in the other application scope.
Can you right click on that property and check if it allows you to change it?
