Change is not moving to Assess state after taken the risk assessment

Hi Everyone,

 

Greetings!

User reported an issue, Change is not moving to Assess state after taken the risk assessment, ideally it should be moved to Assess state, workflow is working as expected, what could be the reason?

How to troubleshoot this issue?

Technically, yes, it should move forward. Is the user able to click on the 'Request Approval' UI action? What happens when the user clicks on it?

@Dr Atul G- LNG , no UI Action is visible on form to move to next state.

Do you have any screenshots to help understand the issue better? Also, have you tried repairing the Change and Risk plugins? Additionally, is the user authorized to move the Change to the next state?

@Dr Atul G- LNG , I am unable to share screenshots as it would be a violation of security policy.

Yes, user is authorized to move the CR to next state. However, since this is occurring in production instance so we are unable to repair plugins.
