Change is not moving to Assess state after taken the risk assessment

Hi Everyone,

 

Greetings!

User reported an issue, Change is not moving to Assess state after taken the risk assessment, ideally it should be moved to Assess state, workflow is working as expected, what could be the reason?

How to troubleshoot this issue?

Hi @Chhavi Dixit 

Try comparing this user with another user for whom it is working, using Access Analyzer. If the issue still persists, it's best to log a ServiceNow support case.
