Changes created in SOW (using Change Models) are starting out as Normal no matter what is selected.

This issue is only happening in our TEST environment. The DEV and PROD are working as expected. When I go to Service Operations Workspace in TEST, no matter what type of Change is selected, it shows it as a Normal initially (and requires the things for a Normal), but upon saving it's the correct Type. What would be causing this? We've been working to make this flow work correctly with the new Models. I've also noticed on the backside (ITIL) that the Type is read-only but is still holding the correct selection. Thoughts? I'm just at a loss here. I thought I'd found where we could use field watcher, but I don't see that as an option for me at all on Vancouver.

Might be cache issue or plugin issue, Try to repair the plugin, if still there is issue log a Now Support case.
