There are a number of ways of doing this and you forget where to do this every time you are asked to check it 🤣

You can find it under Application Usage Overview > Primary DB size (MB), but by far the quickest and easiest method is: 

ua_instance_state.LIST

Additionally, Anything (DB size) above 4TB is chargeable separately (on top of license costs) by ServiceNow.
