Hi everyone, I´m on my journey to become a CSA as I understood I can do it for free once I´m done with the 3 levels for the System Administrator career?

Hi @RaúlM

Only training is free, you still need to pay for the exam. And is you are working with partner then mostly it will get reimbursed.

Hi @RaúlM
I just completed the Welcome to ServiceNow and the ServiceNow Fundamentals courses plus a few other courses within ServiceNow university and was give a one time voucher for the CSA exam. I’m not exactly sure if that’s tied to just doing those trainings separately or completing the CSA journey course is what granted it but I believe it’s obtainable one time with the completion of those courses.
Best of luck!
