CSA certification benefits

What are the possibilities of a CSA associate certification landing me a sys admin position at ServiceNow? I have quite a bit of experience as a system engineer and 6 years experience as a ServiceNow end user

Hi @cundiff1030

Since your question specifically mentions "CSA associate certification" I assume you're referring to the 'Associate' level of the System Administrator Career Journey?

Just be aware that completing that level doesn't include obtaining the CSA certification, so perhaps aim to complete the 'Professional' level of the journey.

As others have mentioned, attaining CSA certification is pretty much the minimum starting point if you're looking for a job in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Having  Certification can help you in shortlisting your profile only but Job depends on your interview. If you will be able to clear interview then only you will get job so no direct relationship of certification and getting a job.

If you want to job at ServiceNow, would get better feedback if you contact ServiceNow or recruit sites such as LinkedIn.

SysAdmin community forum members are usually users interested in system administration in ServiceNow and not ServiceNow employee nor employer.

The practice questions were all updated and real. I passed  CSA with 94% on my first try. Definitely recommend using this material for anyone who wants to pass quickly and with confidence. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PL0vdTwc0Il9eeRmO5zzJw29UFcGme95CE0NyV3aBBE/edit?usp=sharing
