Here I have passed my CSA exam,
- Follow Lab practicals throughly, try to practise again and again
- Also, be well versed with user navigation on Now platform (next experience UI)
- I have seen that they are asking questions on workspaces as well.
- Book read it throughly my suggestion 2 times is more than enough.
- Revisit concepts of Flow designer(vvv imp), cmdb, catalog items and record producer (few questions from catalog builder will surely come).
- Practise Tests, it is important to practise exam questions as much as "https://skillcertpro.com/product/servicenow-csa-admin-exam-questions/" I followed their test series.
- Also, last but not least if you have real time scenario with ServiceNow administration it will surely help.
Thanks

Tera,
Thank you for the advice. I am scheduling my exam in within the next week so this information will definitely help me focus in on some key tasks to focus on. I am dreadful of the rereading section though...

Thank you for your suggestions! I have been going over the skillcertpro site for some time now and able to connect the dots better from the concepts from the labs and the eBook. I will definitely recap the sections from your 5th point. My only question would be what you meant by your 7th point "real time scenario with SN admins

Hi @lbryant29 ,
Ideal tips for CSA, Its combination of knowledge and work experience at first level and journey start from there.
- Complete the Welcome to ServiceNow course + Micro Cert ( Lab )
- Work experience ( around 6 month )
- Validate you learning/knowledge in question/answer format, you can download PDF online and read.
- Practice test ( Free or Paid , whatever best to you ). Udemy has some , check the high rated.
- Refer @Dr Atul G- LNG 's response
- Refer https://quizlet.com/426864868/servicenow-csa-exam-flash-cards/
- Important : Don't rush for CSA, Focus on concepts, technology, platform capabilities learning over nowlearning.
-Thanks,
AshishKM

Make reading a habit. eBook is helpful. Also the Udemy course and quizlet.
