Hello Everyone, very excited to be here. My question is, how long does it take to prepare for the CSA exam. Any good additional information and resources to prepare for the exam?

@Niamath Azeez Usually if you are new to ServiceNow, it may take up to 6 months to prepare for the CSA exam. However, if you are a quick learner the duration may be even shorter. I recommend you to register on the Now Learning portal (https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp) and enroll for the CSA on demand course. This will not only help you to learn CSA concepts at your own pace but will also provide you good course content which you can refer to clear your CSA exam.

Apart from this you can also refer to flashcards available on Quizlet https://quizlet.com/search?query=certified-system-administrator-servicenow&type=all to prepare for the CSA exam (refer to the questions and not the answers as they may be obsolete and not applicable on the context of the latest release)

nobody can tell how long it takes for you to prepare for the CSA exam, due to we are very different people. I would recommend you to utilize the existing learning content at NowLearning and the provided ebook to be familiar with all topics. When you feel that you’re ready, then go for the exam.

It all depends on you and time you can dedicate to studying, but once you complete the Sys Admin course and obtain your voucher, I recommend reviewing all the material from the course and the videos with common topics and quizzes of what you can expect in the CSA exam.
