Hi everyone, I’m currently a CSA and want to advance my learning to become an implementer. Do you have any recommendations I should consider?

Any specifc implementer course you are interested. In that case check Servicenow Provided Career Journey path and select you implementer course.
If you are not sure, I will recommend you to go for CIS-ITSM.
- Focus on mastering ITSM (IT Service Management) processes, including incident, problem, and change management. Complete course : IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals
- Practice in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) //Try all your scenarios to implement here.
- Practice mock questions with Correct Answer
- Practice from ServiceNow university provided practice (if you have access): https://account.measureup.com/servicenow-university
- If anything left or you are struggling with answering practice test, Revisit the course content.
- Once you are confident , Schedule the exam and Go for it.

Dear Maiti,
Thank you for sharing these recommendations. They are excellent, and I am following the same learning path myself. I just wanted to make one small remark: it appears that the link to the ITSM Fundamentals training is no longer up to date. The training has since been updated with the Zurich release, and the new version can be found here.
I thought it might be useful to update the reference so that colleagues are directed to the latest version of the course.
Kind regards, Albert

Hi there @Jorge Valtierra
Congrats on your CSA! I'd suggest getting a Personal Developer Instance and building things hands-on. If you're aiming for implementation, the ITSM Implementation Specialist path is a great next step. Also spend some time with Flow Designer, ACLs, CMDB/CSDM, and basic scripting. Real practice goes a long way!
Basically, go through the courses in Now university.
Kind Regards,
Azar
