Duplicate dashboard

Hi all,

I'm trying to duplicate a dashboard but the new dashboard is still using reports from original dashboard. Is there a way by which we can duplicate a dashboard with duplicate reports. I thought of duplicating reports and creating a new dashboard all together but It is too much of manual steps.

Hello @Vedanti_ 

Reports contained in dashboard are NOT duplicated in the Duplicate option.

You will need to open report rename the report as per your need and then insert & stay option can be utilized and get that report added to dashboard.

 can you give some more context and the business requirement to your question? What is the reason for duplication of the dashboard?

Hi Anders,

I have a dashboard for Problem management for my Company. Our client wants a dashboard with same data & reports but they want to include Vendor tickets as well. So I need to replicate my dashboard and include vendor tickets as well. I can't add those in my dashboard as it will impact reporting and metric analysis.

Hi @Vedanti_ ,

It sounds like you need to different dashboards with different reports instead of duplicate. One dashboard for your company and one dashboard that includes the vendor. Only solution I see is to create from scratch with reports that contain same conditions but also inclusion of the vendor.
