Duplicate rejection comments

duplicate Reason for rejection comments are being logged in HR cases.

  • In Production, the same “Reason for rejection” comment appears twice under Additional comments within seconds of each other.
  • I also checked the sys_journal_field records for a few affected cases, I could see two separate comment entries recorded for the same rejection text.

Could someone please guide here>

Hi @SindhiaR ,

it mentioned all the possible reasons for this to happen( mostly probable cause with BR with current.update())
