I would like to know if there are any free vouchers available for the CSA exam. I am currently studying for the exam with great difficulty, a lack of test prep, nowhere to prepare properly. I was advised strongly not to look at ANYTHING outside ServiceNow, and ServiceNow provides zero material. Is there any middle of the road solution?

Hi @CarlyleB,
vouchers are no longer issued (after 18th November).
And even when they were issued, they were free only after completing instructor-led classes, it was never free for the on demand ones.
I just commented for a similar case: https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/csa-exam-voucher-missing/m-p/343993...
For study, go through the official materials, eBook several times, play around with your PDI and I wouldn't recommend to learn from random unofficial sites that are full of inaccurate stuff...
Good luck!

Thank you for the reminder. I have also been advised to rely exclusively on official ServiceNow materials for exam preparation, which is an important point for anyone else studying.

Hi @CarlyleB
No, there is no campaign or scheme currently running that offers a free or discounted CSA voucher. If you are based in India and are an Indian resident, you can get a 50% discount by using the code NASSCOMM50. Also, the RISE up program is currently open, through which you can get both CSA and CAD.
