1. Beginner Level (Entry-Level Administrator)

Focus: Learn the basics of ServiceNow and core administration tasks.

  • Skills to Develop:
    • Understanding ServiceNow architecture and navigation
    • User and group management
    • Basic configuration (forms, lists, tables)
    • Managing incidents, problems, and changes
  • Certifications:

2. Intermediate Level (Advanced Administrator / Developer)
