If I have a flow that has two consecutive sc_tasks and the first one has customer visible mandatory date select, when the work will be scheduled, before the first task can be closed. The second task is opened once the first is closed.
Since agents some time forget to complete the tasks, I want to send email notification.
How can I configure "send email" action to send email to remind the agent about the upcoming task before the scheduled work needs to be done?
for example if the scheduled day is one week from now, how can I set the send email action 24hours before the scheduled day?
I tried to user wait for condition, but it does not seem to accept that kind of conditions. also the wait for specific time accepts only x amount of days/minutes/hours.

seems to work with "wait for a duration of time" action if the action is set as relative duration + wanted time before/after + trigger set date 🙂
