Font Changes (Individual Level)

We are on Tokyo and some of our ITIL Users are having an issue with the standard font.  Is there a way to set up ServiceNow to allow people to change their font (family and size) individually? #tokyo #fontchanges

I think the only way would be to create a new theme

"When you create or modify a Next Experience theme, you create and edit one or more styles. Styles include typefaces, colors, images, and shapes and forms. Your new style records override the default Polaris style. The style records you create override the default Polaris theme in Next Experience."

 

 

Just out of curiosity, what issue do they have with the standard font?

Could it be because SN uses the old Lato font and not the new one that supports more languages?

 

This the old version of Lato on Google Fonts with some sample text in Czech - Lato - Google Fonts and you can see that the glyphs are missing. It does not even list Czech among the supported languages. This is the correct (new) version of the font and I believe that SN does not use it for unknown reasons - Lato | Adobe Fonts .

 

How do you switch to the new version manually?
