I need to create a generic flow for different catalog items (each item has different variables). For example,
- approval to order an item
- approval for cab
- approval for folder access
- and many more
How do i create a generic flow design that will work for all the approval process?

Hi Vidhya,
Yes, we can go ahead and create sub flows and make them dynamic to accept RITM record and approval groups. It now depends on you, how complicated or easy you want to make it.
I have taken a step further and created a video to help you out to build a reusable sub flow which can be used by any developer in your organization. Please let me know if you have further questions.

Is it possible to add the catalog variables to the work notes in this method? If so how can it be done?
