Hi @shaa066
your access request is being blocked due to a Segregation of Duties (SOD) violation, specifically related to the "SOD_RULE_ROLE." To resolve this, you'll need to review and address the conflicting roles or permissions that are causing the SOD violation.

Go to the SOD Rules module and review the rules defined there to identify the conflicting roles.
Check the roles assigned to the user or the group involved in the access request.
Review any access control policies that might enforce SOD rules, such as (ACLs) or business rules that govern role assignments.
