Due to access policies within my org, we need to have a process which ensures that application access is reviewed at least quarterly.
Currently we have a scheduled job which sends an email to all itil group managers with a dynamic report to show them the groups that the manage and their group members. Then they should raise a request to amend the group members if required.
However we have no way of knowing if the manager has actually reviewed the group or not, so I was wondering if anyone has implemented a similar process where managers review the members of their groups with a method of ensuring that they are completing this check? I.e something like assigning a task to all managers, and adding a dynamic button to the email which they can press if there are no actions which will close the task.
