Hi,
Since we implemented Self Service Password Reset we no longer need the tile which creates a request to change the password.
How can I use the same tile in the service catalog but now when the user clicks the tile it will redirect to the KB article which explains how to change the password?
I found that tile in catalog items (sc_cat_item) but have no idea what to change. Can you give me some tips, please?
Thank you in advance
Mike

Hi,
I would navigate to Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration
Open page designer
Open the correct page
Remove the widget that's no longer needed.
Add a new widget to replace the old one.

Thank you @OlaN
I have already been there and was confused as the page doesn't contain any widgets. Maybe the way I entered the page design was not good. Here is what I did:
Right-click + CTRL on the page and select Page in Designer
But the page looks pretty empty
However, I found a way to disable the widget in a slightly different way.
When you look at my initial post and screenshot there, I unchecked the Active option and it is gone.
But now how to put into this place a new catalog item which is a link to KB?
When I create a new catalog item, I cannot get the same as I already have when editing an existing "quick link" catalog item.
Take a look below:
Do you have any idea how this catalog item could have been created?
When I try to create a new catalog item, I got totally different options.

I'm so sorry, I totally missed a slight detail in your image, this is a catalog item/record producer you are pointing at.
My initial response was on how to make configurations on a service portal page.
If you need to make changes on this Catalog item, you should navigate to
Service Catalog > Maintain items
then search for this item, and make changes as needed.
