how to configure PA indicators for particular assignment group ?

need help in configuring PA indicators like incidents closed , new incidents , requests closed etc for particular assignment group
I can see Out of box automated Indicators and there is breakdown field in it but it does not work
Can i create indicators for specific assignment groups ?

Yes we can create an Indicator for a specific group and you can also use breakdown for your groups.
Let's take the Incident closed as an example.
An indicator uses Indicator source to collect data, so if you'd like to have your own indicators, you can clone the indicator source and add your new conditions.
If you're using breakdown, you should be able to find your group like below. Otherwise, let's check the breakdown source to verify if the source does include your group.

For sure - you have two different options:
- Create the indicator source with the condition "assignment group is XXXX" as this will only capture incidents, requests etc. based on the single assignment group. The reason that you should set the the condition on the indicator source is, that then you can create multiple automated indicators based on that indicator source.
- Add the assignment group as a breakdown on the automated indicator. The reason you should chose this instead is, that you then can capture all tickets but breakdown to the specific assignment group. Best option if several assignment groups should utilize the same dashboard.
