How to create a child case in HRSD

Does anyone know how to create a child case in HRSD? Previously one could just go to the more tab within the case > create child case but that option no longer exists. The only way I see that a child case can be created is if the parent field is added to the list view of ' cases opened for user.' And then adding a value into the parent case tab. Other than that.. I don't see another option.

Check the UI Actions, filter per table and the name (Create New, or just New) to see whether it was deactivated or restricted for specific roles only. It might have been deactivated only.
