How to enable link in Service Portal "Data Table from URL Definition" Widget

Hi Experts,

Please help. I am just starting in Service Portal. We have a requirement to display records from a table in Service Portal. We added the OOB widget "Data Table from URL Definition"  the problem is the Reference and URL fields are not behaving as link in Service Portal. When in List view it is working and directs you automatically to the page.

Please see screenshots: 

I have found this Link   with similar issue, yet i am unable to apply the solution. if anyone can expound this to me or share updated script please. Thank you!

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, none of the mentioned solutions work as they are already working as Link in List view, only in Service Portal that they are not clickable.
