Hello @vidhya_mouli
If you upgrade your instance to the Vancouver release you will be able to get the instance toolbar which will display the Application scope and update set.

- In the banner, click the gear icon.
- From the System Settings list, select Developer.
- From the Application list, select the application
- Toggle Show application picker in header

- Make sure that the High Security plugin is enabled.
- Navigate to the sys_user_role table.
- Search for and select the admin record or navigate to the following link:
- https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_user_role.do?sys_id=2831a114c611228501d4ea6c309d626d
- Uncheck the Elevated Privilege checkbox.
- Save the record.
- Flush the cache and log in to the instance again after making this change.

I am not sure I did any changes in my PDI for this. It is available OOTB but yes when the context pill has bigger name then it get trim and did not show on Header menu.
Also @Prashant Ahire Developer tab is not available in next Experience.

Is this happening for all admins or few users?
Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again to verify if it's showing up?
