How to enable scope view always on header.

How to enable this option where I can see what scope I am working on?

Hello @vidhya_mouli 

 

If you upgrade your instance to the Vancouver release you will be able to get the instance toolbar which will display the Application scope and update set.

I upgraded today to Yokohama and I am using the next experience (Polaris) and Update set and Scope is coming OOTB for me.
