Need help to find Discovery Schedule job name.

When you do quick discovery it does not associate with any schedule. it just trigger an API on target server and execute the discovery to collect the information.
You can validate the result in discovery_status table.

When you open status record, what information are you trying to collect ?
Also you can validate the result in "Discovery Log" table if you want to check the details information about payload .

finding Discovery Schedule job name for any IP when making the quick discovery. I hope either in Discovery Log or in the MID server log.. need to know the exact location.
